IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Prices quoted include breakfasts & dinners, afternoon snacks, full use of sauna baths and parking for guests. Indoor parking is charged at an additional fee of Euro 3.00 per car per night.
Apartment rental rates include afternoon snacks, full use of sauna baths and parking for guests. Cleaning fee is not included in the rental rate.
Little ones aged 3 to 7 years get -50% discount under sharing their parents. Kids aged 7 to 16 get -30% discount sharing their parents. In the Family room Kid aged to 15 years get 10% discount.
Guest rooms are normally ready by 2:00pm on the day of arrival.
Payment Options: We accept Cash and EC Cards.
An advance prepayment per room reserved is required per person. Please make your payment to the following Account: Volksbank Ischgl, Aloys Rosemarie, Hotel Arnika, A-6561 Ischgl. IBAN: AT594585000520000412, SWIFT-Code: VBOEATWW, Account No.: 520000412, Bank Code: 45850.
If you notify us of a cancellation three months prior to arrival, the total prepayment is forfeited. If cancellation is made four weeks or less prior to arrival, we will charge you 80% of total cost. We recommend to make quality travel insurance a standard part of your holiday planning.
Room reservations are subject to Austrian Hotel Contract Regulations (ÖHVB).
We reserve the right to alter published rates and dates if necessary, without notice.
HOTEL SERVICES
• Start the day with a delectable breakfast from our buffet, offering fresh produce from organic farming and freshly cooked egg dishes
• Afternoon snacks are served in the Hotel's Main Lobby and on the sunny terrace as of late March, weather-permitting
• For dinner, savor enticingly spectacular Arnika dishes; fondue dinners and varied themed buffet-style dinners are served once a week
• Gala dinner menus are served on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve
• Full use of the Hotel’s Spa, featuring dry-heat sauna, petal steam room, infrared sauna, heated lounger, multi-sensory showers, relaxation area with daybeds and complimentary tea making facilities
• We can organize in-house massages
• On your room you’ll find plush terry robes for your convenience
• You’ll be greeted by a drink
• Cable television in all guest rooms. Widescreen Plasma TV and DVD-Player are available in the Hotel's Main Lobby
• Local visitor’s tax are not included, per person and night Euro 2,20
• Parking for guests (indoor parking is available to our guests at a daily rate of Euro 3.00)
• Laundry service is available to our guests (Euro 5,00 per machine)
• For total convenience, Wireless Internet access is available in the Hotel (600 mb free)
GUEST ROOM AMENITIES
• All guest rooms at Arnika Hotel have alluring en suite bathrooms with showers or tubs and toilets, private balconies, hallways, comfortable seating areas, safety deposit boxes, telephones, Internet access (data-line capability; analogue card needed), cable television with Premiere Pay TV, vanity mirrors, hairdryers and radios. Please note that smoking is not permitted in our guest rooms.
• Our Family Room has to two separate bedrooms with connecting door, two showers & toilets and features all common Arnika guest room amenities.
• Our De Luxe Double Rooms are generously appointed and individually designed to form their own unique ambience.
• The Silvretta Apartment has an ample hallway, a stylish bathroom, a toilet, a bedroom, a living room with kitchenette and private balcony and features all common Arnika guest room amenities. The cleaning fee of Euro 45.00 is not included in the apartment rental rate.
