Yoga with Katrin Frank from Fit and Free

In the morning, an activating yoga session awaits you before breakfast for the perfect start to the day.
In the evening we focus on relaxation and let the day fade away with a quiet yoga session. Meditations and pranayama (breathing technique) will accompany us in these units! Depending on the weather, the yoga sessions are also outdoors!
Please bring: Sportswear, running shoes, hiking boots, yoga / gymnastics mat, blanket, if available (meditation) seat cushions and yoga blocks.
