Check in is from 3 p.m. But if you want to arrive earlier, this is not a problem either. We have a luggage and changing room  where you can store your luggage and change so that you can use the first day straight away.
Check out is by 10:00 a.m.
Should your arrival be delayed and you will probably arrive at the hotel after 5 p.m., we kindly ask you to give us a call.

Child reductions are only guilty if the children stay in the same room with 2 adults.

In the standard family room and the DeLuxe family room, children from 0-15 years of age receive a 10% discount on the stated price for standard occupancy.

If required, we are happy to provide cots, diaper pails, diaper pads, high chairs, etc.

Bookings from you needs to be given in writing.
For the booking we also need a prepayment to our bank account as follow.

The deposit can also be made by credit card (Visa / Mastercard). By providing the credit card details, it is irrevocably confirmed that the credit card may be charged in the event of any cancellation fees, provided that no other payment method has been agreed or no other payment method has taken place.

Booking conditions:

The right of cancellation according to § 18 para. 1 line 10 FAGG does not apply, instead the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry AGBH 2006 apply.

Cancellation conditions summer 2024 / 29.06.2024 - 13.10.2024:

Cancellation free of charge up to 14 days before arrival

Short notice cancellations, in case of no-show
and in case of early departure will be charged with 100% of the booked hotel price, as cancellation fee.

Cancellation conditions winter 2023/2024 - 23.11.2023 till 1st of May 2024:

Cancellation free of charge up to 60 days before arrival
59 days to 30 days prior to arrival 40% of the booked package price
29 days to 8 days prior to arrival 70% of the booked package price 
7 days or less prior to arrival 90% of the booked package price 
in case of no-show or early departure 100% of the booked package price

Money-back guarantee:

In the event of a border or hotel closure or lockdown, you can cancel free of charge, even at short notice.

Cancellation protection:

It is not at all rare that things turn out differently than you think and the booked holiday has to be cancelled or prematurely interrupted.

We would like to spare you the associated costs and hassle. We therefore recommend taking out hotel cancellation insurance from Europäische Reiseversicherung (including free Covid cover).

• Ski passes (from 1 day) can be purchased at reception - ski passes must be paid for in cash.
• A short stay surcharge will be charged for stays of less than 4 nights
• In the event of late arrival or early departure, € 8.00 per person will be reimbursed.
• Our entire hotel is non-smoking
• Separate beds are sometimes possible
• A free parking lot is available
• We charge EUR 3 per day for a parking space in the garage. We ask for a reservation, as these are limited.

• During winter season we offer dinner only on 6 days a week. One day a week the kitchen will be closed in the evening - probably on wednesday; subject to change.
