It is of course the mountain world that makes Ischgl so incomparable, even in summer. Ischgl and its surrounding villages also offer many attractions for their guests.
Around Ischgl you will experience an incomparable infrastructure of marked hiking trails. 300 km of marked hiking trails await you, leading from flat, leisurely strolls to ascending high-altitude paths all the way up to the realm of the Ice King, which lies far above 3,000 metres.
The Paznaun Valley meets all the hiking requirements you would expect of a holiday region. Whether you are a beginner, a hiker who enjoys hiking or one who wants to reach the summit, whether you are looking for easy or challenging tours, everyone will find what they are looking for here. For day hikes, there is a choice of 18 alpine and mountain huts. The old smuggler's paths above the tree line into the neighbouring customs exclusion area of Samnaun are probably unique.
